Excellent service throughout.
Apart from a minor problem with interior lights, our campervan trip was terrific.
Plenty of room, reliable vehicle and top service from start to finish.

We had a great time.The staff were friendly and helpful. Only hassle was getting from the Airport at Tullamarine to the pick up point in Braybrook. It would be easier if tourists could pick up their campervans from a venue near the airport.
Apart from that it was good. I would reccommend that you tell people to be wary of bringing suitcases. I notice the New Zealand Britz pamphlet tells people to pack their gear in soft bags, but that the Australian one does not. This was an annoying problem for us in our hitop.
We really enjoyed the experience and would recommend it to others.

This was the first time hiring a campervan. Everything was first class. We were able to pick up the van , which was almost brand new, with a minimum of fuss and the return proceedure was painless. The van was well presented and drove well and was very economical to drive.

I was happy with the campervan but I thought the hire of the chairs was too much as they are cheaper to buy than hire. Most travellers aren't in the position to acquire these things before they set off with their van.

It was in January this year when we booked campervan on your web site. Searching through your offers was easy, quick, booking was simple too. That was our first holiday in campervan and we all (family of four, 2 adults and 2 kids) enjoyed it, new experience. Since that, we had one more motorhome holiday and we are just about to leave for another one (Cairns-Sydney, 6 berth S/T, 9 days).
The reasons we selected offer from you are:
1. Car - it was toyota (reliable) hiace hitop 2.4 l (economical), auto (this meant my wife can drive it too - and she liked it pretty much), 5 seats (we all can fit in), new (mileage was only 40K)
2. Price - good value for money
3. Booking/quote - nice, easy, quick
After we done 4K in campervan our comments are:
1. S/T - now we preffer to have it, for family this should be mandatory.
2. Fuel tank was not full on the beginning - I have done only ~300kms instead of ~500 kms.
3. It was an additional worry regarding gas bottle - is it empty, half full or what. I dont think it is fair to ask for $30 refill fee if you use gas stove only 3-4 times. Maybe you can find some better scheme for gas usage.
4. It would be lovely if you can afford to count a day hire as 24 hours rather than calendar day (last day of hire is not "a day", it is actually 6 hours).

Hi,
Thanks for this opertunity. We can honestly say that there was not one fault we could find in the whole experience we had from booking online to the fuel consumption of the turbo diesel VW. The booking process was very clear & simple with printable pages to have as check paperwork.
The van was spotless & was a dream to drive. We would not hesitate to hire again & we have already talked friends into the same trip & vehicle as we had. Thinking back we just remember saying to each other how easy the whole "camper" experience was.
We are both conservative driver types & were therefore a little tentative at the idea of the larger than car handling.... It was a non issue. Loved the whole thing. So thanks again for a helping to make our Northern Territory trip a great one.

Overall very happy with the experience and service provided by staff. Despite points below we would recommend your service to other people.
Only 2 complaints. The water holding tank should be cleaned and replenished after each hire. The water in the tank was tainted. I had to drain it and refill it to resove the problem. Secondly the toilet holding tank had not been emptied prior to us using the vehicle.

We loved our "Maui" very much! It was at the centre of our lovely holiday up the west coast of WA - Geraldton, Kalbarri and Carnarvon, including the Blowholes just north of Carnarvon. Steve and I will always have fond memories of this experience.
The van was such a convenient way to travel: accommodation and transport in one!
We did notice that the booking process - at the beginning and end at the depot in Redcliffe - involved a fair amount of sitting around awaiting our turn. However, when we were served, the young women who served us were extremely efficient and very helpful.

I would just like to say that this was the first holiday I have booked on-line and could not beleive how easy it all was, in fact I was a bit afraid of turning up at the airport and finding out I had done something wrong, but, it could not have been further from the truth. The people who we picked up our campervan from were so helpful, they showed us where everything was, how to use everything, and even showed us how to get to the local supermarket to stock up. Our holiday was the best ever and hassle free. You will be hearing from us again for our next trip. Thankyou very, very much.

The booking process was easy and uncomplicated. The responses to my many questions as a first time user of the service were patient, friendly and prompt. The service when picking up the vehicle was great - very friendly and a nice way to start a holiday. The vehicle was clean and sound and served our purpose.
We had a great time and will use your service again when we return to Tassie.

Yes we are home! We had a great holiday and everything worked out just as we had hoped. The camper was great and so were the staff at both ends of the hire. The whole experience was very good ( apart from a few mosquito bites that we could have done without )! We had one or two suggestions about the interior fittings in the camper, but we put those in the appraisal form for T.H.L. Thank-you for all your assistance and help in setting up a very good itinerary for us, which went without a hitch.
